As Partner headed into 2015 with the acquisition of Foresite Advisory Services, LLC, the Owner and Principal Marc Bourdage joined Partner as Technical Director of the Investment Advisory Group. Chad Bedwell joined the HUD Services Group after the acquistion of his MB Consulting Group, LLC soon after.
On June 21st, 2013, Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. finalized the acquisition of most of the assets of Birdsall Services Group (BSG) as part of its planned growth and expansion in the tri-state area. The purchase includes BSG’s accounts receivable, physical assets, select contracts, existing project files, select intellectual property, and license agreements.It also includes the assets of CMX Engineering and the PMK Group which Birdsall acquired in 2010 and 2008 respectively. Partner will now have the added depth of BSG’s multiservice engineering design talent and client base, while BSG will benefit from Partner’s strength, stability, resources, and national footprint.
In March of 2009, Partner Engineering and Science purchased the assets of LandAmerica Assessment Corporation. Much of LandAmerica’s technical staff continues as key members of Partner’s team. Partner owns the old reports for LandAmerica Assessment Corporation and the two companies that they acquired: National Assessment Corporation and Aaron and Wright Technical Services. In addition to these purchases, Partner purchased one of the industry's leaders in ALTA survey coordination, Continental Surveying, during the first quarter of 2011. Previous owner and founder of Continental Surveying, James Davenport, joined Partner during this acquisition in order to head up Partner's National Survey Coordination group.
