Site Characterization
Effective Site Characterization requires experience, knowledge of geology, and an understanding of the nature of the chemicals released. In some instances a site requires multiple drilling events to characterize a release. When hiring the experienced professionals at Partner, you can be assured that the value of the client's dollar is of utmost concern and that our technical expertise is being applied with this in mind.

Phase III Site Characterization
If our Phase II determines that contamination exists, our clients ask:
- How big is it?
- How much will it cost to cleanup?
We get those answers in a Phase III. Phase IIIs require deeper drilling, more careful examination of lithology, more attention to eventual regulatory requirements, and more strategic boring placement. Upon completion of the Phase III, using the current regulations as a guide, our engineers design a remedial cost estimate that allows our clients to understand the problem.
Partner has completed site characterization for numerous public and private clients including developers, attorneys, lenders, real estate investors, and industrial clients.
