Administrative Assistant- Zoning 608


Partner is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to assist with all administrative tasks including the Zoning Department and completing FOIA requests in our Santa Ana, CA office. The ideal candidate will have some office environment experience and be computer literate.



  • Request and follow up on agency documents.
  • Perform data entry following prescribed or established formats.
  • Assist in document collection via internet and telephone.
  • Compose and/or draft correspondences
  • Track information and provide it to the party seeking the information



  • Obtain and manage documents
  • Assist in composing and/or drafting correspondence
  • Correspond with City Departments and internally via email and or telephone.
  • Assist in ensuring meeting deadlines.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure efficient completion of tasks



  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Work, Excel and PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat & Reader.
  • Proficient using internet search engines such as Google and Yahoo.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-directed, organized, and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to work within a team environment.
  • Ability to adjust work schedule to meet deadlines.
