SUMMARY
Partner is seeking a full-time Construction Support Specialist to provide administrative and project support to a group of National Client Managers and Project Managers working in our Construction Risk Management group.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & TASKS
- Provide support to Project Managers in producing and assembling specific construction services reports, collect, assemble, and maintain documents
- Assist in coordinating Construction bid proposals, Requests for Information and Requests for Proposals
- Data entry into firm database, compile and review reports for quality and accuracy of non-technical content, deliver reports based on clients requirements/instructions, maintain schedule for deliverables
- Update and issue reports, report templates and invoices in a timely manner
- Provide Partner Associates (inspectors) with engagement letters
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Prior Construction Accounting experience is a PLUS
- Strong attention to detail is a must
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple requests
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat
QUALIFICATIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Work Experience in the Construction, Engineering or similar industry is preferred
- High School Diploma required at minimum, college degree preferred
- 2 to 4 years relevant experience in a fast paced and deadline driven office environment required
- Must be able to read, write, speak & comprehend English
- Must be able to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone
- Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screen
- Requires frequent bending, reaching, standing, walking, sitting, pushing and pulling exerted regularly throughout the work shift
COMPENSATION
- Position pays an hourly range of $16-$20/Hr.
