SUMMARY
Partner is seeking a full-time Environmental Researcher to work in our Eatontown, NJ office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & TASKS

Conduct independent project research as applicable to scope of work (historical, regulatory, analytical, etc.)

Data compilation and organization
-
Technical report authoring
-
Preparation of quality supporting report documents/files
-
Data Entry into firm database
-
Assist with some administrative duties, as needed
RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Perform historical and regulatory research on properties throughout the U.S. and Canada
-
Contact municipal agencies and utility providers for required information
-
Compile reports and deliver based on clients requirements/instructions
-
Maintain project files on company server and FTP site.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Proficient in Word, Excel and Adobe
-
Attention to details is a must
-
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
-
Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Ability to multi task and prioritize
QUALIFICATIONS
-
Experience in environmental field or in an administrative or researching capacity
-
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
-
A degree in environmental or another science discipline a plus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to read, write, speak & comprehend English

Must be able to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone

Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screen

Requires frequent bending, reaching, standing, walking, sitting, pushing and pulling exerted regularly throughout the work shift.
