Licensed Site Remediation Professional - LSRP (10+yrs) 665


Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking a full-time a LSRP with 10+yrs of experience (Licensed Site Remediation Professional) in our Eatontown, NJ office. This person will assist with our environmental investigation and remediation operation. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills for client interactions and supervisory skills to manage an engineering service team. 

Essential Duties and Task:

  • ISRA Experience
  • Childcare Center Experience
  • Client/Regulatory Agency interaction
  • Coordination of field events and subcontractor management
  • Field investigations including but not limited to oversight of subcontractors, environmental sample collection (soil, groundwater, and air), soil gas surveys, underground storage tank removal oversight, excavation and soil disposal oversight, groundwater monitoring well installation oversight, chemical and biological injections, groundwater monitoring and sampling, and operation and maintenance of remedial systems
  • Technical support to Project Managers
  • Regulatory Report Writing
  • Data Entry and Interpretation
  • Workplan/Proposal Preparation             



  • 10+ years' progressive experience with remedial engineering design
  • NJ Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) license
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities
  • Ability to work independently, supervise and mentor staff, and manage engineering task
  • assignments and special projects simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal and report writing skills
  • Willingness to participate in the business development process through the development
    of client relationships, cost estimation technical specialties or service initiatives


  • 10+ years of remedial site experience in environmental consulting with NJ projects
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • NJ Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP)

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend English
  • Must be able to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone
  • Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screen
  • Requires frequent bending, reaching, and standing, walking, sitting, pushing and pulling exerted regularly throughout the work shift.
  • Required travel in-state with likely travel in the tristate area (CT, NJ, NY) and possibly limited travel in other Northeast states
