This individual performs all Project Management (PM) responsibilities, managing multiple projects concurrently.  The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects to ensure project are completed within the established deadlines and within budget.  This includes coordinating the efforts of Partner team members, and at times Partner Associates (PAs), delivers projects per report deliverable schedule and plan.  The Project Manager will oversee Quality Control (QC) throughout the project’s life cycle. The Project Manager should cultivate strong relationships with the Partner team members and Clients to successfully deliver a quality product on time


  • Write and reviews technical reports
  • Plan, execute, and finalize projects per deadlines and within budget
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently

  • Coordinating the efforts of Partner team members, and at times Partner Associates (PAs) to deliver projects per plan



  • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
  • Perform quality assurance (QA) review and quality control (QC) of all portions of the project, including text and appendices.
  • Communicate with client relationship manager (CRM) regarding scope-of-work (SOW) and Client expectations throughout the term of the project.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations (i.e. Client-specific SOW, templates) to team members in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Maintain communication with team members throughout the course of the project.
  • Plan, schedule and track project timelines and milestones to ensure project progress status is on schedule.
  • Provide solid recommendations and solutions to Clients.
  • Identify and resolve issues with projects.
  • Deliver appropriate progress reports (verbally or e-mail), recommendations to Clients.
  • Manage Client follow-up, questions, and concerns.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members.
  • Schedule appropriate Professional Associates (PAs) and negotiate terms (fee and vendor provided items).
  • Coordinate and respond to requests for changes in project scope to Clients.
  • Communicate report delivery instructions to staff.
  • Coordinate final/draft report & invoice delivery to Client.



  • OSHA Compliance
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to work on several projects concurrently
  • Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) experience
  • Mold/moisture Intrusion investigations
  • Has conducted industrial hygiene studies in a variety of different industries and settings
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships within a team
  • Proficient in proposal writing, project estimating
  • Report author; quality assurance (QA)
  • Computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook



Education: Bachelor Degree from accredited College/University in Safety Management, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene or Biological/Physical Sciences.

Certification: CIH, CSP, CHMM

Experience: 10 to 15 years relevant experience



Communications:Must be able to read, write, speak & comprehend English

Hearing:Adequate to perform job duties in person on over the telephone

Speaking:Must be able to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone

Vision:Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screen
