Andres Simonson

Mr. Simonson is a Regional Manager of subsurface investigations spanning the Northeast to the Midwest. Drawing on his experience of taking projects from inception through regulatory closure, and always keeping an eye on potential remedies and situational client needs, Mr. Simonson is well prepared to provide solid consultation during the due diligence process.  Having worked on a wide range of property types, including industrial, brownfield redevelopment, military, agricultural, underground storage tank, and hazardous waste sites, Mr. Simonson understands the areas of concern specific to a vast array of industries and property uses.
