Chris Landau, PE

Chris Landau is a Senior Project Manager responsible for overseeing various geotechnical investigations for Partner’s wide variety of clients in the Gulf Coast region. He has experience working with a diverse array of property types including infrastructure, industrial, commercial, hospitality, and public institutions.

As an integral team member, Mr. Landau's duties include organizing geotechnical subsurface exploration programs, developing subsurface profiles, interpreting and presenting geotechnical laboratory results, performing design calculations, providing geotechnical design recommendations and construction considerations reports, and drafting proposals and contract documents. He also provides design calculations for slope stability, pile capacity (axial and lateral), bearing capacity, and settlement analyses. Mr. Landau has participated in a variety of projects during both the design and construction phases involving shallow foundations, deep foundations (driven piles, rammed aggregate piers, drilled shafts, and augercast piles), retaining wall evaluations, pavement design, and shoring installation.
