Corey Myers

Ms. Myers is an experienced Project Manager performing industrial hygiene, occupational exposure assessments, radon measurement, asbestos, mold, and lead evaluations, soil, groundwater, surface water, and air sampling. She also performs petroleum storage tank compliance inspections and community noise studies.

Ms. Myers routinely conducts indoor environmental evaluations, including water damage, mold assessments, odor investigations and indoor air quality tests. She is also tasked with completing historical data review and site inspections for pre-purchase environmental assessments, as well as soil and groundwater contamination assessments.

Ms. Myers is an expert with State and Federal soil and groundwater remediation. With over eight (8) years of proven experience in data collection, conducting research and writing reports, she has designed, implemented, and analyzed the results of numerous environmental studies. Ms. Myers is an EPA-certified AHERA asbestos inspector and management planner, a Florida-licensed mold assessor, a Florida Radon Measurement Technician and an EPA lead-based paint Risk Assessor. Ms. Myers has been assigned to and completed projects for local and state government, municipalities, public school districts, hospitals/medical facilities, DOT bridge and roadway infrastructure, bank and lenders, insurance companies and private developers and property managers. Ms. Myers prepares written reports, proposals, and regulatory correspondence.
