Dave Umbach, PG, LSRP

Dave Umbach has over 30 years of experience in the environmental services field, more than 20 of which have been in a senior or management position. During this time, he has cultivated a wealth of knowledge and invaluable practical experience. He is familiar with all aspects of environmental site investigation, remediation, environmentally-sensitive construction oversight, and requirements of varied regulatory and lending agency standards. He has extensive experience developing and implementing soil, groundwater, and geotechnical investigation and remediation programs. In addition, he has also performed numerous Phase II Subsurface Investigations, Regulatory Compliance Assessments, Property Condition Assessments, and Underground Storage Tank removals and Installations.

Mr. Umbach has performed innumerable subsurface investigations, and prepared and executed countless remedial action plans. His experience spans Phase I, II, and III Environmental Site Assessments; RCRA, CERCLA, SPCC Plan preparation; and hazardous material management, including landfill closures, UST/AST closures, inland and coastal dredging, hazardous waste disposal, municipal well field design, and industrial wastewater treatment system design and construction.
