Jennifer Giuliano

Jennifer Giuliano, Project Manager for due diligence services as part of the Investment Advisory Group, focuses on client service, managing Phase I and II projects, and reviewing various due diligence reports. With over 14 years in the environmental service industry with a focus on due diligence assessments, she has performed hundreds of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and conducted and participated in transportation corridor studies, asbestos surveys, groundwater sampling, air monitoring, compliance audits, and remediation projects.

Ms. Giuliano's experience includes training and developing staff, serving as the technical lead and reviewer for Phase I and II assessments, remediation projects, underground storage tank (UST) removals, and technical opinion letters. She specialized in managing over 400 projects consisting of Phase I and limited subsurface investigations and the removal and/or replacement of USTs, in-ground automotive hydraulic lifts, and oil/water separators for automotive service centers throughout the U.S.
