Jim Carlson

Jim Carlson, Technical Director of Owner’s Representative Services, works out of Partner’s Pasadena office. A graduate of William Howard Taft University with a Juris Doctorate in International Contract Law, he also has an MBA in Executive Management Negotiations from the University of La Verne and a Bachelor of Science in SHRM Operations Management from California State Polytechnic University—Pomona.

Mr. Carlson is an accomplished project manager with over 15 years of experience in executive-level technical analysis, surety claims, mechanical systems and controls, strategic planning, and business development with a specialty in owner's representation. He has continued to expand his technical and professional knowledge through continued specialized training and earning his OSHA and HVAC certifications. Among his extensive knowledge and professional background, his specialty is in providing high-quality, responsive Owner's Representative Services to technically-complex projects, delivering outstanding professional services including mechanical systems and controls, electrical, and plumbing systems in support of primary operating utilities.

Throughout his career, Mr. Carlson has demonstrated strong leadership skills and proven his ability to work cross-functionally with employees, management, and third-party vendors maintaining an exclusive client-centric focus.
