John R. Poggi

John Poggi has 40 years of experience specializing in indoor air quality; mold and water intrusion damage; soil and groundwater contamination; asbestos identification and management; storage tank management; and general environmental compliance consulting.

Mr. Poggi is a FL-licensed pollutant storage system and remediation contractor, A FL-licensed water well drilling contractor, and a Registered Environmental Manager. Since 1993, Mr. Poggi has directed over 2,000 drilling and remediation projects in Florida working under the Florida Department of Environmental Protection’s petroleum cleanup program. Projects include retail petroleum companies, schools, fleet maintenance programs, and major regulated electrical utility clients in North, Central, and South Florida.

As Founder and President of Eco Advisors, LLC, Mr. Poggi directed all of Eco Advisors' company operations including day-to-day operations, business development, financial planning, and strategic planning. A leading expert in environmental services for more than 38 years, Mr. Poggi led Eco Advisors for over 27 years with diversified experience in both business management and technical applications.

Mr. Poggi’s experience also includes serving as client/project manager and lead investigator for complex field investigations throughout Florida and across the country, including the State of Florida’s fuel storage tank regulations, hazardous waste remediation, asbestos management, indoor air quality (IAQ) studies, and studies of chemical and mold contamination in large office buildings and schools.
