Lauren Carnevale

Ms. Carnevale currently serves as a National Client Manager at Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. (Partner) and has over 6 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. She has managed large national portfolios for a diverse range of clients, ensuring high-quality reports and customer service to meet specific needs. Ms. Carnevale has comprehensive knowledge of the requirements of a varied number of reporting standards, including but not limited to ASTM standards, EPA’s All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI), Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and other large institutional lenders.

During her time at Partner, Ms. Carnevale has gained experience in business development, client and project management, cost estimating and proposal preparation, and preparing environmental and engineering reports. She has significant experience in Agency Lending transactions, with a focus on radon sampling and requirements. She has been a thought-leader in the company as it pertains to radon protocol at an agency, national, and state level.

Through supporting one of Partner’s largest and most high-volume teams, Ms. Carnevale has had exposure to the complete suite of Partner’s services and reports, bringing with her a comprehensive knowledge of the life cycle of a commercial real estate transaction. Her experience managing hundreds of due diligence reports and thousands of radon samples provides Ms. Carnevale with an in-depth understanding of project and time management.
