Mari Subero, P.Eng.

Ms. Subero currently holds the role of Senior Project Manager with responsibilities including, but not limited to performing property condition assessments, facilities planning, and asset management providing clients with strategic solutions to effectively manage their assets while establishing priorities to address the capital needs of their facility. Ms. Subero is responsible for executing / managing / reviewing due diligence portfolios throughout Canada and the United States and providing engineering opinions, recommendations and budgets regarding the capital work required at a property either for acquisition (equity), disposition, financing and/or capital planning purposes.

Ms. Subero’s experience also includes managing and executing a variety of building rehabilitation projects from start to finish; from reviewing physical buildings for upcoming rehabilitation work to preparing specifications, tendering, and performing contract management roles for projects such as wall repairs, window replacements, roof replacements, structural repairs, and overall site rehabilitation.
