Michael Dinger

Michael Dinger has over 21 years of project experience in the environmental service and consulting industry. He has conducted or supervised more than 12,000 Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Phase II Subsurface Invesitgations, Phase III Site Characterization Investigations, and Environmental Transaction Screens for lenders and buyers.

Michael has performed Phase I and II ESAs, third-party reviews, due diligence audits, record searches, asbestos surveys, lead-based paint screenings, radon studies, mold assessments and lead-in-water sampling and analysis. He possesses vast knowledge with all aspects of due diligence property assessments and has plenty of experience fulfilling the needs and requirements of a varied number of reporting standards, including the following: ASTM, EPA’s All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI), Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, the U.S. Small Business Administration, and customized client formats and scopes.

Due to his extensive portfolio management experience throughout the United States and abroad, Michael currently functions as Partner’s National Portfolio Manager. His management techniques utilize a special skillset, including strong organizational and communication skills, which allow him to successfully supervise Partner's larger portfolio projects. Mr. Dinger also serves as the office Manager at our Upper Saddle River, New Jersey location.
