Peter Biolchini

Peter Biolchini is an Environmental Professional (EP) with more than 25-years of experience as an environmental consultant. Mr. Biolchini's great depth of knowledge of USEPA's All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI), ASTM-E1527, and local government agencies' compliance requirements and regulatory guidelines throughout lead his success as a Client Manager at Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. (Partner) by providing solutions to clients’ due diligence and engineering needs. He has reviewed/managed thousands of environmental site assessments (ESAs) on property types such as multi-family, vacant land, commercial, retail, office, and industrial assets.  

Mr. Biolchini has self-performed Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), on over 1,000 Phase I ESAs on various types of real estate to include commercial office and retail, multi-family residential, and industrial and light industrial developments throughout the continental U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands. In addition, Mr. Biolchini has experience performed in Phase II subsurface investigations, remedial investigations, underground storage tank removals, remedial action oversight, asbestos, and lead-based paint surveys.
