Robert Reagan, AIA, NCARB, IIBEC, IECC

Robert Reagan currently serves as a Senior Architecture Advisor in the Building Sciences Division at Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. (Partner), where he provides project management oversight and subject matter expertise input on commercial building forensic investigations, Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), and other due diligence assessments for Partner’s portfolio of commercial real estate projects. His primary duties include managing support staff and their assessment-related activities on projects throughout the United States, Mexico, Europe, and in the Pacific Rim.  Additionally, Mr. Regan leverages his experience as a Senior Architect, construction and design expert, and seasoned due diligence consultant to provide oversight and guidance on all Forensic Investigations and Property Condition Assessments, as well as performing final review of all proposals and reports prior to their being issued to the client.
