Susan Cook, EP

Susan Cook, EP serves as the Technical Director of NEPA Services and a Senior Project Manager for Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. She is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating the efforts of Partner team members in order to deliver projects according to plan. She provides client relationship management and is responsible for ensuring technical quality for environmental and engineering services using the Quality Assurance (QA) process throughout the project's lifecycle. She is responsible for the oversight and management of environmental, engineering, and industrial hygiene services in support of real estate transactions.

Ms. Cook's experience includes the performance and/or management of NEPA Environmental Assessments, NEPA checklists, Section 106 Submittals, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Transaction Screen Assessments, Environmental Desktop Reports, Peer Reviews, Phase II Subsurface Investigations, Baseline Environmental Assessments (BEAs), Documentation of Due Care Compliance (Due Care Plans), Geotechnical Investigations, Construction Regulatory Compliance Assessments, Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), Asbestos Surveys, Lead-Based Paint Surveys, Asbestos and Lead Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Plans, Lead-in-Water Sampling and Analysis, Radon Testing, and Mold and Moisture Assessments.

Ms. Cook currently provides NEPA Technical Assistance on behalf of HUD for Public Housing Authorities nationwide, technical direction and assistance for Partner's NEPA Services, as well as specialized services to a variety of real estate investors, lenders, and private companies using her depth of experience to appropriately categorize, quantify, and address risk.

Ms. Cook received a Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Detroit CREW Champion Impact Award. She is a longtime active member of CREW Detroit and past board member.
