Ms. Schaal is a Director of Funds Control for Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. (Partner). With over 30 years of industry and project related experience, she will aid clients with their Construction Risk Management requests and/or concerns in order to provide the best solutions to any issues.
Ms. Schaal’s strong background in Construction Risk Management will bring a new depth to the Partner Team. Ms. Schaal has worked on thousands of construction projects in the Funds Control capacity. The goal is to always complete the project on time, on budget and lien free. Throughout the project, Ms. Schaal knows it is critical to consistently communicate with the Lender, Borrower and General Contractor to ensure the project keeps moving to completion. Having seen many scenarios over the years, Ms. Schaal can offer creative solutions. Knowledge of the extensive documentation required for SBA loans is also a plus.
Ms. Schaal has served as the Finance Manager for a full-service Construction Risk Management company in the past. Responsibilities included managing project budgets, deadlines and profitability. In addition to, lender interface and guiding them through the bid process and getting project payments out the door.
