Cal Schreiner

Calvin R. Schreiner, Program Manager for Integrated Facility Solutions, manages national accounts for Partner’s Integrated Facilities Services Group, leveraging the capabilities of the Facility Condition Assessment, Building Envelope, Mechanical/ Engineering/Plumbing, and Structural Engineering Solutions teams to support clients.

Mr. Schreiner is a respected commercial real estate expert with over 40 years of experience in design, construction, acquisition, and assessment of all types of commercial buildings. Over the course of his career, he has been a project owner, contractor, and consultant, adding a well-rounded perspective to his deep knowledge base. Before joining Partner, Mr. Schreiner served as a national account manager for the largest roofing contractor in the United States and operated his own consulting firm supporting the acquisition and construction efforts of commercial real estate clients. He spent over 20 years with Prologis, the largest owner of industrial property in the world with over a billion square feet of property. As First Vice President and Head of Capital Construction Management for North and South America, he was responsible for managing the budget, design and construction of new Prologis buildings as well as reviewing and approving due diligence inspection reports and approving capital improvement budgets for all buildings purchased by the REIT.
