Mr. Blanco Morales is a Senior Project Manager at Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. (Partner) and is focused on Energy Renewables. He manages the Due Diligence process for lenders of solar PV projects, financial modeling, project accounting, and feasibility reports amongst others.
He has managed the acquisition and financing of more than 100Mw on solar projects throughout the USA and Latin America, developing the financial models for the acquisition and lender strategies for Investment Banks and Financial Institutions. Mr. Blanco Morales has also managed organizations and M&A Strategies for S&P 500 Companies and relevant Renewable Energy Developer throughout Latin America.
Lastly, he was part of the private sector negotiation group for the introduction of the Net Metering bill in Chile, and the signature of the Renewable Energy Agreement between Chile and the United States of America.
