Ms. Rosen currently serves as Managing Director for Partner’s Environmental Solutions Group as a certified Professional Geologist (PG) with over 20 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry. Ms. Rosen is dually based in Santa Ana, California and Lansing, Michigan. She consults on, and manages projects across the U.S. specializing in environmental due diligence, site assessment and remediation; environmental litigation support/expert opinion; and environmental compliance for both the public and private sectors. She is experienced in the industrial, commercial, and residential property transactions/redevelopment; oil and gas, transportation, ports, municipalities, chemical, manufacturing, public school, military, and Brownfield redevelopment industries.
Ms. Rosen has a technical emphasis in geology, hydrogeology, assessment of soil, soil vapor, and groundwater contaminants, and remediation of soil and groundwater with emphasis on in-situ chemical oxidation, enhanced bioremediation, and other green remediation technologies. Her management expertise includes program management and implementation of small (dry cleaners/gas stations) to large scale (multi-million dollar, multi-party plumes) environmental investigation and remediation projects. Ms. Rosen acts as a liaison for regulatory and oversight agency negotiations across the U.S. and has worked extensively with high profile and publicly sensitive projects. Ms. Rosen uses her consulting and technical skills to anticipate environmental risk and convey potential problems and solutions to her clients and regulatory authorities.
