Elizabeth Ruggles, LEED AP, NCARB

Elizabeth Ruggles has over 16 years of experience in architecture design, property condition assessments, and construction monitoring with a focus on disabled accessibility consulting. While she is a recognized expert in accessibility standards including ADA, FHAA, and ANSI, Ms. Ruggles's passion for her work goes beyond compliance: she strives to demonstrate to her clients that their compliant properties can be beautiful and marketable, while employing the principles of accessible design as a means to reach a larger market. This balance of inclusivity and business acumen informs her approach to accessibility surveys, plan reviews, and design consultation, as well as training and mentoring her staff. 

Ms. Ruggles's experience includes project management and leadership roles at national consulting firms where she worked with diverse, high-profile clients such as Hyatt Hotels, Nike and the FBI. Her expertise encompasses all sectors and phases of development, from new construction to renovation of historic properties. 

A gradute of Texas Tech University, Ms. Ruggles holds B.S. in Architecture, Master of Architecture, and Master of Business Administration degrees. She is a LEED Accredited Professional, as well as NCARB certified.
