LOS ANGELES, CA – Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. announces the appointment of Bryan Hill as Technical Director, bringing over 20 years of comprehensive experience in environmental consulting and industrial hygiene services to expand the firm’s Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) presence on the West Coast.
Mr. Hill joins Partner with extensive expertise across multiple environmental disciplines, including indoor air quality, asbestos consulting, lead assessment, and disaster response services. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership in both technical operations and business development, most recently serving as Director of National Accounts at American Environmental Group.
His notable achievements include managing large-scale environmental response efforts for natural disasters, including hurricane relief projects in Florida and wildfire damage assessments in California. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Mr. Hill played a crucial role in developing and implementing nationwide disinfection protocols for major corporations. He has also managed significant environmental projects for aerospace and defense companies and led comprehensive assessments for historic building renovations.

A California Certified Asbestos Consultant, Mr. Hill brings particular expertise in industrial hygiene, having managed programs ranging from large-scale asbestos operations and maintenance to comprehensive indoor air quality assessments. His experience includes overseeing teams of up to 100 technicians and managing portfolios of up to 90 daily projects.
