About the Project

Situated on a beautiful property overlooking the Pacific Ocean, the Outlets of San Clemente is home to a 350,000sqft of commercial  property, with over 45 retail spaces.  Partner was engaged by the client during the first Phase of construction to provide Construction Progress Monitoring (CPM) for this expansive retail space.

Phase 1 included the construction of the new retail outlet center, including site work for the entire project (Phase 1 + 2), and included a single level subterranean parking structure with upper deck serving as a podium for a number of the Phase 2 buildings plus parking at lower and upper deck level.

  • Some of the unique features of this project included:
  • Structural steel roof & metal deck
  • Single membrane roofing and clay tile to mansards
  • Two-level Logistics center providing storage facilities for lease. Elevator and escalators are provided at the two-story tenant building. 

Phase II for this projected included:

  • Open asphalt paved parking for 3,300 vehicles
  • Extensive pedestrian plazas and courtyards
  • Enhanced hardscape and landscaping
  • Plus a vehicle access bridge spanning the canyon/open space.
