Landscape Architecture Design, Student Life Center Building — Lincroft, NJ

About the Project

Partner professionals provided site development, surveying, and landscape architecture for a new 56,000 sf, two-story addition. The project was located in a sensitive wooded environmental setting in close proximity to a water supply reservoir. The project included new access, parking, and required permits for construction from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and the Soil Conservation Service. The building is a multi-use facility that is utilized by Brookdale Community College but is also available for private affairs. The building replaced the previous student building which has been renovated for other uses.
