


About the Project
In support of a property acquisition, Partner completed Seismic Risk Assessment with Probably Maximum Loss (PML) Estimation, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) with Radon Screening, and Property Condition Assessments (PCA) on a 16-building apartment complex.
Consisting of 66 units built between 1960 and 1964 on 2.24 acres in Newport Beach, Partner was able to assist the client with all their due diligence needs to ensure a smooth transaction.
Shortly after, there was a fire that broke out and Partner was hired back to assess the building damage.
