About the Project
Partner professionals provided site design and geotechnical engineering services for the construction of the four student residential buildings with a total of 848 beds and the recreational/office building located in the northwest corner of the campus along Clove Road.
Our professionals performed wetlands delineation on the site of a former quarry to identify the NJDEP regulated areas within the site that needed consideration prior to developing a plan to build a student residence facility. After establishing the jurisdictional areas of the site, we prepared the environmental wetlands permit applications to the NJDEP requesting impacts to the sites wetlands and wetland transition areas for the construction of the dormitories and associated parking areas.
Partner professionals also designed a new 75,000 gallon per day pump station that will serve the new dormitories while maintaining the aesthetic quality of Montclair State University.
