About the Project

Partner professionals provided site engineering, surveying, and environmental services for the redevelopment of an existing Battleground golf course to include 529 single-family and multifamily residences, including age-restricted single-family homes, estate lots, a golf course, and luxury townhomes located on 481 acres. The project included the preparation of a general development plan and subdivision and site plan design, a major stream encroachment approval from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, coordination with the Battleground National Park to preserve natural views, relocation and reconstruction of seven golf holes, phased construction sequencing of the parcels, and two new sewage pump stations.
