SBA releases their new SOP
The new SBA SOP 50 10 5 (K) will go into effect on April 1, 2019. The largest change is related to special use facilities which have been broken out by child care facilities, dry cleaners and gas stations. Child care centers will now be required to perform a lead risk assessment and testing for lead in drinking water at ALL taps and fountains that could be used as a drinking water source. All lead assessments are to be performed in conformance with the EPA and HUD Guidelines. Download a copy of the notice or visit our SBA page for a copy of the new guide and up-to-date resources.
New requirements for senior living facilities

Partner recently performed three Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) throughout Miami for nursing home facilities with a wide-ranging scope of investigations, including the building envelope, foundation and careful investigations for water intrusion and mold. Read about how Partner's assessments can ensure you meet state requirements here.
