Partner’s Elizabeth Krol Honored as 2019 Real Estate Forum Woman of Influence

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. (Partner) National Client Manager Elizabeth Krol, PG was recently named as one of GlobeSt.com/Real Estate Forum’s 2019 Women of Influence. Krol, who specializes in providing a range of due diligence services and risk management protocols for clients, was named a CRE Consultant/Advisor of the Year.

Since 1983, the Real Estate Forum’s Women of Influence has recognized remarkable commercial real estate professionals who have significantly influenced the market or had outstanding successes in the past year.

“This award is especially meaningful as I am fortunate to be included with 42 fellow CREW Network members,” says Krol, who is actively involved as a CREW Boston member and participates in their mentorship program. “The additional focus on areas of proficiency in key disciplines adds a new dimension to the award selection, focusing a spotlight on the vast talent and expertise of women in commercial real estate. I am honored to be recognized in the CRE Consultant/Advisor category.”

As is the case each year for this prestigious award, competition was fierce, with the largest volume of entries ever! The seasoned editorial team at Real Estate Forum was seeking the very best applicants across the commercial real estate spectrum. This year’s selection criteria took into account a number of factors, including: the nominee’s impact on, and reputation within, her firm and broader professional community; the nominee’s professional career highlights, from dealmaking savvy and innovation to client satisfaction and personal growth; a proven ability to achieve goals and display ingenuity in terms of creative thinking and problem solving; her dedication to furthering the development of her field and the role of women within it; accomplishments and involvement in her company, the CRE industry and broader social community;  a personal commitment to the highest ethical standards, service and excellence; and so much more.

As a Professional Geologist (PG) and an ASTM Environmental Professional (EP), Krol earned her MBA from Suffolk University, a master's degree in Geological Sciences from Lehigh University, and bachelor's in Geology from Colgate University. In addition to her work with CREW Boston, Krol is active in the Environmental Bankers Association (EBA), Urban Land Institute (ULI), and New England Women in Energy and the Environment (NEWIEE), and was previously President of the Executive Board of Common Ground, the online due diligence community.

Previously, Krol has been awarded the CREW Network's inaugural award for the Top 20 Under 40 professionals in commercial real estate nationwide and, most recently, a 2019 PRISM Industry Influencer award.

The 2019 Women of Influence were officially honored July 10 at the Women of Influence Awards Reception and Dinner in Broomfield, Colorado, in conjunction with the inaugural GlobeSt.com ELITE Women of Influence Conference, celebrating the women who drive the commercial real estate industry forward. Krol, along with all of the other 2019 Women of Influence, was profiled in the July/August special issue of Real Estate Forum.
