Tony Liou is the founder and President of Partner Energy. The company is headquartered in Los Angeles and helps clients identify, capitalize, and implement energy efficiency, sustainability, and ESG+R projects to meet business goals. Tony has worked for 20 years in real estate, energy efficiency and sustainability industry, and is personally committed to expanding ESG and resiliency in CRE. He is also an advocate for energy efficiency programs and sustainable building practices that add value for managers and owners of commercial real estate (CRE) assets.
Brady Mills, PE, CEM, BPI BA & MFBA, Senior Technical Manager at Partner Energy
Brady Mills is a Senior Technical Manager at Partner Energy with over 13 years of experience in the single-family, multifamily, and commercial building industries. He is a subject matter expert in multiple areas of the energy efficiency and sustainability industries, an instructor of the Building Performance Institute’s Multifamily Building Analyst (MFBA) course, as well as a frequent presenter at industry conferences, guest lecturer for universities, and volunteer for local energy efficiency and engineering programs. He is an ASTM subcommittee member currently working on the Standard Guide for Property Resilience Assessments of Buildings.
