Geoffrey Dobson, Director on the Advisory Board for Partner Property Consultants and consultant, based in Dubai, UAE, is a distinguished Chartered Surveyor and senior real estate executive with a long-standing track record in international property markets. He currently serves as Markets Director for the Middle East and Africa at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
With more than 30 years of experience across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, Geoffrey brings deep expertise in strategic real estate leadership, investment and asset management, and property governance. Before joining RICS, he held several high-profile leadership roles, most notably as Head of Real Estate at Al Faisal Holding / Al Jazi Real Estate in Qatar. In this capacity, he oversaw a portfolio exceeding USD 4.8 billion, leading large-scale restructuring initiatives that strengthened long-term performance and operational resilience. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate from London South Bank University.
Throughout his career, Geoffrey has acted in both advisory and executive capacities for a wide range of organisations, earning a reputation as a trusted authority in portfolio optimisation, due diligence, and strategic decision-making for global investors and corporates. He is the Founding Partner of Arc Consulting Partners LLP (UK), a specialist advisory firm focused on real estate investment within the hospitality and leisure sectors, and continues to serve as an Advisory Board Director at Partner Property Consultants.
Geoffrey’s professional background also includes senior roles with internationally recognised firms such as Citi, Chesterton International, and Royal & Sun Alliance. He is widely regarded for his commercially driven and outcomes-focused approach, leveraging deep market insight to deliver sustainable value across commercial property and development projects throughout the MEA region.
