Adrienne Perez, an Environmental Due Diligence Consultant, serves as Technical Director for Agency Services in Partner Engineering and Science’s environmental service line, where she provides leadership and technical oversight for environmental due diligence consulting that supports multifamily real estate transactions nationwide. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, she helps ensure environmental assessments meet the requirements of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, ASTM standards, and other applicable industry guidelines.
With more than 25 years of environmental consulting experience, Adrienne specialises in environmental risk evaluation, regulatory compliance, and transaction support for lenders, investors, property owners, and government agencies. She is recognised for her expertise in Agency (GSE) environmental requirements and regularly advises clients and internal teams on environmental due diligence strategies, risk management, and complex real estate transactions.
Adrienne’s experience includes managing and reviewing Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), brownfield investigations, CERCLA-related assessments, remediation and monitoring programmes, and environmental compliance evaluations. She has also overseen projects involving asbestos, lead-based paint, radon, and drinking water testing across a wide range of property types.
Throughout her career, Adrienne has supported environmental consulting projects for financial institutions, real estate professionals, legal teams, telecommunications companies, government agencies, and institutional investors. Her practical approach, technical expertise, and deep understanding of environmental regulations help clients confidently navigate environmental risks while supporting informed real estate and lending decisions.
