Using Infrared Technology to Dig a Little Deeper

USING INFRARED IMAGING TECHNOLOGY TO AUGMENT THE REAL ESTATE DUE DILIGENCE PROCESS

Using Infrared Imaging technology to augment the real estate due diligence process enables owners to better manage their assets and investors to make better decisions based on more detailed and accurate information. Technology can increase the quality and accuracy of due diligence. An infrared imaging camera, for example, shows the stratification of heat across any medium and helps us see through walls during a due diligence assessment. Infrared scanning is not a standard component but is available as an additional scope item that can be requested when you need the due diligence assessment to go deeper.
