Record Year for Partner in Europe

The Partner brand, workload, and influence are growing in the United Kingdom (UK) and throughout Europe. Last year, the international arm of Partner saw a record year for projects acquired and the goal for 2022 is to build on that success.
The International team is an exclusive partners with a growing number of global partners undertaking their PCA, ESA , and construction review/monitoring work on both debt and equity deals.
Partner worked in 11 different countries on deals last year – the coverage around Europe will grow this year – we have the connections to undertake surveys in any country and in any language throughout the continent. Jofre Comas, Senior Surveyor for the central and international region, has been very instrumental in this role.
Partner has undertaken full-service instructions on sizeable portfolios on both the mainland and islands of Spain, as well as throughout France, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, and throughout Poland – utilizing our Polish workforce on expertise.
The Krakow team has been integral in Partner’s growing European operations since 2017. Since then, the office has grown to 17 individuals, throughout multiple disciplines, including ENV, HUD, PCA, Zoning, Energy, and Environmental Solutions. Jamie Jastrab, Project Manager, does a great job on managing the Poland team’s workload and strategic hiring. Through her efforts we recently added three key individuals to support our Zoning business.
At the crossroads of Europe, Asia, and Africa, Wendy Gross, Sr. Project Manager and trainer extraordinaire, has recently moved to Israel and will be a great asset to the PCA team on the European front.
Business is primarily initiated in the UK and Europe, but we have also assisted global portfolio work from numerous Partners in the US. We are set to work in the Middle East and Asia this year. The ability to work with our colleagues across the pond has allowed the European offices to offer the unique strengths of global presence and focused, local expertise to provide cost-effective CRE risk consulting services.
