Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. has been ranked number five on the 2015 Los Angeles Business Journal (LABJ) Top Environmental Firms list for the second year in a row. LABJ also named Partner one of LA’s Fastest Growing Companies for the fifth consecutive year, coming in at number 78. As one of the nation’s biggest environmental due diligence firms, Partner is also capitalizing on an industry-wide trend of consolidation. “Real estate transactions have multiple parties that need to trust the due diligence firms, and this need has created a massive shift towards big, well-branded national firms who are a safer choice and can deliver more expertise to the wide spectrum of potential issues that arise in a CRE transaction,” says Derhake. Partner is well-placed because of its extensive professional resources, financial stability, and national footprint, and as a result, the firm has seen the demand for its services continue to climb throughout 2015.
