Partner Engineering and Science, a national provider of environmental and engineering due diligence services, has acquired the assets of the environmental site assessment practice of Colorado-based US-Reports, Inc. by consummating an Asset Purchase and Release Agreement on February 3, 2009. US-Reports, Inc. is a top provider of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments to SBA Lenders across the United States.
“The addition of the US-Reports client base to Partner’s already significant SBA lender client base will make Partner a top provider in SBA environmental consulting nationwide,” Joe Derhake, President of Partner Engineering and Science.
Gary Reynolds, formerly Director of Environmental Reporting with US-Reports, has joined Partner as a Principal as part of this transaction. Mr. Reynolds will also serve as regional manager of Partner’s Rocky Mountain office and practice director for SBA Due Diligence nationally.
