ASTM Rolls Out Updated Earthquake Risk Guidance

I recently had the opportunity to discuss important changes in the ASTM International guide pertaining to earthquake risk guidance with Real Estate Finance & Investment. For commercial buildings in earthquake zones, seismic assessments and retrofitting recommendations will become a critical component of physical due diligence and asset risk management.
