February 1, 2011 — El Segundo, CA — Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. has announced that Chris Gregor has joined the firm as Senior Project Manager and Head of the firm’s SBA team out of the El Segundo headquarters office.
Gregor will lead a team that focuses on environmental investigations for SBA lenders offering special purpose 7a and 504 loan programs.
“SBA loans require intense scrutiny and the type of environmental investigation can vary by the property type and risk of contamination. Chris is perfectly suited to head our SBA team,” says Partner President Joseph Derhake, PE.
With seven years of experience in the environmental service industry, Gregor has worked with the nation’s largest SBA lenders in the transfer, sale and redevelopment of thousands of former industrial and manufacturing facilities, gas stations, and dry cleaning operations. His experience includes Phase I ESAs, Environmental Transactions Screens, Record Search and Risk Assessments, Phase II and III Subsurface Investigations, asbestos and lead‐based paint surveys, and lead‐in‐water sampling and analysis.
Previously, Gregor was a project manager for Andersen Environmental. He earned a BS in Natural Resources from The Ohio State University and ME in Environmental Studies at the University of Pennsylvania.
