Leo Bertolino

As a relationship manager, Leo has almost ten years of experience in the environmental and engineering due diligence consulting field. Leo is adept at environmental and engineering risk analysis, business development and due diligence consulting. With having managed thousands of projects, Leo brings unique experience when assisting clients with assessing and managing their risk. 

Environmental Site Assessments 

Phase II Subsurface Investigations  

  • Completed over 100 Phase II subsurface investigation projects nationally, with field and project management experience  
  • Project types included soil, groundwater, and soil vapor monitoring; UST closure; monitoring well elevation surveys; and construction site air monitoring 

Remediation Services 

  • Conducted subsurface investigations for characterization and delineation of contamination including field screening, soil and groundwater sampling and data analysis 
  • Conducted soil management at numerous properties, identifying soil disposal and/or reuse according to state regulations and receiving facility permits 
  • Installed and completed testing and monitoring on sub-slab depressurization systems to mitigate vapor intrusion issues on numerous sites
