Tom Griesbach

Mr. Griesbach is a Relationship Manager at Partner Engineering and Science, Inc., where he leverages over 28 years of experience in engineering and environmental consulting to identify client needs and provide solutions based on Partner’s wide range of risk management capabilities. Mr. Griesbach has performed and overseen thousands of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) conducted in a multitude of reporting formats, including ASTM, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and various customized lender/equity-guided formats. Mr. Griesbach also has extensive experience in Industrial Hygiene assessments and mitigation, solutions-side projects (i.e. impact delineation and remediation support, emergency response, structural forensics support), and corporate administration functions.

Prior to joining Partner, Mr. Griesbach supported Business Development and Client Management for a large national environmental and engineering firm. His efforts were focused on overseeing various environmental, structural and industrial hygiene projects for public and private equity parties; government and NFP organizations; and industrial, commercial, retail, and residential entities.

Early in his career and prior to the availability of electronic databases, Mr. Griesbach performed environmental research analysis for a team of environmental assessors. In the late 1990s, Mr. Griesbach formed a private corporation with a structural engineer and provided a range of environmental and structural client solutions for over ten years.
