Adam Wywrocki is a Project Manager with Partner Engineering and Science (Partner) and is knowledgeable in numerous types of environmental due diligence reports. He is accountable for conducting independent project research as applicable to scope of work (historical, analytical, etc.), data compilation and organization, conducting site reconnaissance, including sampling activities in line with a number of reporting standards, including ASTM standards, EPA’s All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI), Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Multi-Family Accelerated Processing (MAP) and LEAN Guidelines, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and customized client formats.
Mr. Wywrocki’s responsibilities include completing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Transaction Screen Assessments, Environmental Desktop Reports and Peer Reviews for an array of commercial, multi-family, industrial and municipal properties throughout Europe. Moreover, Mr. Wywrocki completes HEROS Environmental Review for multi-family and healthcare projects, which involves conducting consultation with various state, tribal, and/or federal agencies including United States Fish and Wildlife Services (USFWS), United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), and the State Historic Preservation Offices (SHPOs). Mr. Wywrocki is also responsible for preparing HUD noise assessments based on information provided by Departments of Transportation across the country. Additionally, Mr. Wywrocki is responsible for reviewing HUD projects to ensure they are compliant with the NEPA criteria.
