Aimee Roos, MSc, is an Environmental Project Assessor with Partner Property Consultants (Partner), supporting environmental due diligence, regulatory compliance, and sustainability initiatives for industrial, commercial, and residential real estate assets across Europe and the United States. She is involved in Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Environmental Desktop Reports, and technical reporting for both single-asset and portfolio-level transactions.
Ms. Roos has prior experience as an environmental consultant in South Africa’s mining and built environment sectors, where her work included environmental compliance monitoring and auditing, preparation of Environmental Impact Assessments and Environmental Management Plans, water use licensing, and financial provision assessments in accordance with South African environmental legislation.
She brings a strong analytical and technical skill set, with experience in field-based assessments, GIS and spatial analysis, stakeholder engagement, and multidisciplinary project coordination. Ms. Roos holds a Master of Science in Landscape Architecture from the University of Pretoria and applies an integrated, systems-based approach to environmental risk management and project delivery.
