As a Relationship Manager, Alex Greear’s goal at Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is to develop relationships with law firms, developers, and REITs, as well as to provide transparency to our current clients to ensure a closing on all projects. Mr. Greear will assist clients with ALTA Surveys, Zoning Reports, Phase I ESAs, Appraisals, and more.
In Mr. Greear’s past role with National Due Diligence Services, he helped facilitate multiple, nationwide portfolios as well as complex single sites representing large, multi-million-dollar commercial transactions With an emphasis on zoning, Mr. Greear has extensive knowledge of municipal codes, regulations, requirements, as well as municipal documents such as Zoning Verification Letters, Certificates of Occupancy, Approve Site Plans, Special Permits, Variances, and zoning, building, and fire code violations.
