Allan Coffee is a seasoned engineering and environmental due diligence consultant working as a Technical Director with Partner ESI’s Irvine, California office. He has nearly 30 years of experience in the field, specializing in commercial real estate consulting and technical advisory services. Beginning his career in industrial hygiene in 1988 and transitioning to Phase I Environmental Site Assessments in the early 1990s, he has developed extensive expertise in environmental risk management across multiple sectors.
Throughout his career, Mr. Coffee has successfully completed over 3,000 ESA reports for prominent clients including Private Equity Real Estate firms, Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac underwriters, and national financial institutions. His most significant projects include managing the due diligence for a 75-property national portfolio and leading the technical redevelopment of a former industrial landfill into multi-family housing.
A graduate of University of California at Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Mr. Coffee brings a unique analytical perspective to his work, with a particular strength in client management, technical knowledge, and understanding complex environmental risks. Currently serving as Technical Director at Partner, he continues to provide comprehensive due diligence services across diverse real estate sectors, including manufactured housing, parking facilities, and hospitality.
