Anthony Crowley is the Director of Land Surveying for Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. (Partner). He is a licensed surveyor in Texas and New Mexico with over 17 years of land surveying and mapping experience. Mr. Crowley has surveyed more than 1,000 assets and developed data collection methodologies for large tracts using advanced CAD and GIS technologies. He brings a track record working with municipalities, contractors, developers, A/E firms, utilities, and landowners.
Mr. Crowley provides technical oversight and quality assurance supporting Partner’s expanding national land surveying coordination services.
