About

Anthony Rehrmann, project manager and team leader for Partner Engineering and Science, Inc., is located in Montreal, QC, Canada. In support of commercial real estate due diligence investigations and assessments, he ensures that each project is staffed with the appropriately qualified personnel, operates within the prescribed budget, meets Partner’s standards of quality and is delivered within a timely fashion.

Mr. Rehrmann has more than 15 years of experience in the field of environmental consulting. His primary focus has been on soil and groundwater contamination, performing hundreds of Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments in 23 states and he has managed projects in every state of the US, in Canada, and in the US Virgin Islands.

In addition to these assessments, Mr. Rehrmann has been involved in site remediation activities, including evaluation and cleanup of brine and methanol releases at an underground gas storage facility in Illinois, large-scale carbon tetrachloride plume delineation at a soybean oil refinery in Nebraska, and remediation of nitrate-contaminated soil at an anhydrous ammonia distribution facility in Kansas.

Mr. Rehrmann lives in Montréal and spends his free time in the outdoors and involved in local community nonprofit organizations.

Highlights

  • 15 years of experience conducting and managing environmental site assessments (Phase I, Phase II, Transaction Screen) on a wide range of properties, including multi-family, industrial, commercial and agricultural facilities.
  • 12 years of experience conducting subsurface investigations, including releases of gasoline, diesel fuel, nitrates, ethanol, brine and chlorinated solvents.
  • 5 years conducting environmental corridor evaluations for local roads and the Illinois Tollway.
  • 3 years assisting with wetland delineations, benthic surveys, tree surveys, and habitat restoration including the management of invasive plant species.
